Harapan Kurnia is one of the leaders of Indonesia’s textile industry. Harapan Kurnia has five BRÜCKNER machines in two separate locations and is very satisfied with the good machine quality, the accurate automation, the accurate control system and the optimised heat recovery system. Another point is the good after sales support. They are convinced of the advantages of the BRÜCKNER stenters compared to machines with lower investment from other producers. Ac-cording to Harapan Kurnia the better machine setting, better quality and the good after-sales support are decisive points for their decision to buy their sixth BRÜCKNER machine. Harapan Kurnia has in total 300 employees, a turnover of 50 million euro per year and an annual growth rate of 20 %. Harapan Kurnia produces medium to high end fashion wear, swimwear and sportswear as well as ladieswear and menswear for the local market and for exports. Ninety-five per cent of its products are knitwear and the rest is woven fabric. The articles are made of cotton, cellu-lose and blended material with up to 35 % spandex content.
