Weko Acquires RotaSpray

Merger of functional wet finishing, digital printing pre-treatment and spray dyeing technologies. Weko Holding has taken over fellow German dyeing and finishing specialist RotaSpray, with retroactive effect from January 1st, 2021.

With the merger of the two companies, competencies in the fields of functional wet finishing, digital printing pre-treatment and spray dyeing will be merged. Both companies believe that these segments offer good future opportunities, because the demand for resource-saving, CO2-reduced dyeing and finishing processes for textile yarns and fabrics is increasing rapidly, as are ever smaller production lot sizes per order.
