High Temperature Piece Dyeing Machine

TEC Series High Temperature Dyeing Machine, with its premium quality and focus on lower cost and higher quality is more eco-friendly and injects infinite vitality to the textile industry.
It is suitable for different dyeing process with various types of natural, synthetic and blended fibers, aiming to provide complete solutions.
TEC series is specially designed for fabric which is having tight and crease marks sensitive structure, such as 40S/2, 26S/1, 20S/1, tightly knitted fabric, and sensitive shade (e.g. Turquose). Further it is also highly energy saving. With several new functions, now cotton reactive dyeing process takes about approximately 248 minutes for light color.
The new TEC Series is offered various capacities per chamber: 300kg (JUMBOTEC), 250kg (MIDITEC) and 200kg (MINITEC). Customer can choose in range of 1-12 tube.
By the Fuzzy Logic temperature control function, the dye liquid temperature deviation can be minimized at + / -0.3 ° C.
Specially designed for loose structure type such as terry towel and fleece; the collector can accumulate lint at the bottom and discharge it during draining.
Fongs’s DYECOWIN (New Product): High Temperature Dyeing Machine
Dyecowinis the revolutionary high temperature dyeing machine setting new standards for the industry. It is integrated with the cutting-edge patented technologies to much lower down the liquor ratio while enhancing theproductivity of the dyeing processes.
Dyecowin is a major breakthrough in the long tube machine operating with a much lower running liquor ratio as low as 1:5. The patented fluid distributor at the rear of the machine can effectively adjust the distribution of dyeing liquor according to different fabric types, ensuring an organized fabric stacking pattern.
The roller less design overcomes the tangling problem against conventional dyeing machines. The fabric surface defects such as scratch marks and light spots caused by unsynchronized motion between nozzles and lifting rollers can so be avoided. The patented Conjet nozzle technology can ensure the quality of finished products by enabling automatic and precise adjustments of flow volume and nozzle pressure.
The rectangular fabric delivering channel allows fabric to have free expansion and a smoother run along the channel, thus reducing crease marks effectively. Fong’s SUPERWIN: High Temperature Single Flow Package Dyeing Machine
Fong’s Superwin High temperature single flow package dyeing machine is an application intended to generate most knit and woven synthetic fabric in polyester, nylon and their blends with or without spandex.
Superwinis more than an ordinary dyeing machine running adopts single I-O flow. The revolutionary wave dyeing technology and intelligent control reduce the liquor ratio close to 1:3. Superwin empowers your production to the leading edge of efficiency and eco-friendliness.
During a single inside-out flow process, only a sufficient water level is required at the kier bottom to maintain steady pump pressure and it is not necessary to have all packages fully immersed with liquor, hence lower liquor ratio is achieved.
By executing a specific period of change in pump frequency, smashing the packages like waves such that it could move under differentiating pressure would lead to perfect utilization of the advantage of dual flow concept, but in a much lower demand of water and electricity.
The IIR system can monitor the residual colour and conductivity of liquor discharged during rinsing. The water consumption for rinsing is accurately determined. The degree of reproducibility is highly improved.

Goller Sintensa Cyclone Tandem (New Product): High Efficiency Washing Compartment
Traditionally, the dyeing and finishing processes of knitted fabric are conducted in rope-form and on diverse batch-wise dyeing ranges.
Goller, a member of CHTC Fong’s Group, has been a prominent player in continuous open-width processing solutions for knitted fabric. The company has been working tirelessly to improve continuous open-width processing of knitted goods and to present newly-designed Goller washing compartment – SINTENSA CYCLONE TANDEM. This new machine can reduce fabric’s running tension significantly through optimization of fabric’s running path. The optimized fabric path along with the increased cladding intensity of the driven rollers and driven drums which keeps fabric running fabric speed in accord and stabilise the fabric processing conditions in washing compartment. Also, specially-designed rotor is installed on the perforated driven drum. When the range is in operation, the rotor can rotate at different speed and the high-speed water stirring can result in low pressure and thus delivers a suction effect of the running fabric. As a result, the problem of fabric-slipping can be avoided and the lower running tension is achieved. SINTENSA CYCLONE TANDEM can indeed guarantee energy-saving, emission reduction, costs-saving and make the open-width washing process for knitted fabric smoother and efficient.
XORELLA Vacuum Conditioning and Heat Setting Machine
XORELLA’s XO series energy saving vacuum conditioning and heat setting machines have been used in improving the quality of yarn and also heat setting of garment. The Xorella XO-Steaming treatment ensures even penetration of the textile products for humidification, twist setting, preshrinking of synthetic filament, color fixation of digital printed fabric and heat setting of garment.
