Soma Textiles Surrenders Land To AMC

As per General Development Control Regulations (GDCR), Soma Textiles was required to surrender 40% of the land area to Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation for sale of its land situated at bearing Plot Nos. 74 + 75 +78 /P, Town Planning Scheme (T.P.S.) No. 10 of Rakhial, Rakhial- Odhav Road, Rakhial, Ahmedabad. Accordingly the company has surrendered, 35841.85 square meters of land to Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation on 12th March, 2024.

This being surrender of land in accordance with the applicable GDCR bye-laws/regulations, no consideration has been received by the company from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation towards the said surrender.
