ITMA 2027 Sees Surge In Demand As Start Up Valley Emerges As Innovation Hub

ITMA 2027 is gathering strong momentum, driven by rising global interest from technology innovators, textile manufacturers, and industry stakeholders. Organisers revealed that applications for the Start Up Valley have nearly doubled compared to ITMA 2023, highlighting growing enthusiasm among emerging ventures seeking access to the world's largest textile and garment technology marketplace.

Scheduled from 16 to 22 September 2027 in Hannover, Germany, the exhibition will spotlight advanced materials, automation, digitalisation, sustainability, circularity, and human centric manufacturing. Stand space applications will close on 8 July 2026.

Alex Zucchi, President of CEMATEX, said, "Start ups are an essential part of co creating the future of textiles. ITMA provides the environment and opportunities needed to accelerate innovation and help promising ideas evolve into viable business ventures."

ITMA 2023 hosted 1,709 exhibitors from 47 countries and attracted more than 111,000 visitors from 143 countries, reinforcing its position as the textile machinery industry's premier global platform.
