Italian
sportswear brand Erreà has streamlined its digital textile printing with seven
high-performance Mimaki printers, replacing a fleet of 28 older machines. The
setup includes three Tiger600-1800TS industrial dye-sublimation printers and
four TS330-1600 units, enabling both high-volume production and custom,
small-batch orders with consistent colour and quality.
“Quality
and innovation are at the heart of Erreà,” says Angelo Gandolfi, Founder and
CEO. “Partnering with Mimaki lets us rethink our production while boosting
efficiency and flexibility.”
The
new system allows Erreà to handle large club and federation orders, alongside
personalised designs, within a single, streamlined workflow. One TS330-1600
supports design and sampling at the Italian headquarters, while the remaining
printers run at the Romanian production facility, making mass customisation a
smooth, repeatable process.
Marco
Vanzini, Sales Manager at Mimaki Bompan Textile, adds: “This installation
combines industrial power with digital agility, giving Erreà a future-ready
platform to grow in a fast-moving sportswear market.”
Express
Print Accelerates Growth With Expanded Mimaki Fleet
Bulgarian
visual communication leader Express Print has upgraded its production with an
expanded lineup of Mimaki digital printing systems, enabling faster, more
reliable, and higher-quality output across indoor graphics, outdoor signage,
customised apparel, merchandise, and interior décor.
Over
the years, Express Print has steadily grown its in-house capabilities, avoiding
outsourcing to maintain complete control over quality. Today, its Mimaki setup
includes UCJV330-160 for roll-to-roll graphics, TxF300-75 for DTF printing,
JFX200-2513 EX and JFX500-2131 flatbed UV printers, and UJF-6042 MkII e and
UJV55-320 systems for high-precision object and signage printing.
“Our
goal was to print faster, with better quality and consistent colours,” says
Dimitar Lyubenov, Production Manager. “Mimaki delivers the speed, reliability,
and precision we needed.”
The
latest additions — the UCJV330-160 and TxF300-75 — have boosted Express Print’s
signage and apparel production, enabling short-run customisation, vibrant
fabric graphics, and fast turnaround for indoor and outdoor communication
products.
By
building a cohesive Mimaki ecosystem, Express Print benefits from seamless
workflows, consistent colour management, and simplified operations across all
applications. “Colours remain stable from first print to last, and we can
handle high volumes or urgent orders without disruption,” adds Yordanov.
Arjen
Evertse, Director Sales at Mimaki Europe, notes: “Express Print demonstrates
how an integrated Mimaki line can drive growth, improve efficiency, and open
new business opportunities.”
