Zagis Strengthens Competitiveness With Rieter Spinning System

The lap winding machine OMEGAlap E 36 and the comber E 90 deliver outstanding combed sliver quality, supported by ROBOlap for automated lap change and batt piecing. After combing, the autoleveler draw frame RSB-D 26 secures precise sliver evenness, while the roving frame F 40 with the SERVOtrail roving bobbin transport system ensures smooth and reliable roving handling. Finally, the ring spinning machine G 38 delivers high-quality yarns with excellent strength and evenness. ESSENTIALmonitor, one of the modules of the Rieter Digital Spinning Suite, enables Zagis to collect real-time data, identify vulnerabilities and deploy staff efficiently.
